Join me in the messy middle

My business is in the messy middle right now. Evolving in ways I didn't plan and couldn't have predicted. Last spring, I was focused on homeschool kids. I didn't yet realize that bringing neurodivergent adults into our events and programs would change everything, for the kids and the adults.
I'm still discovering what it means to support the whole neurodivergent community, and
TP's story is a big part of why.
TP had dreamed of being an entrepreneur for years, but no one in his disability services knew how to help him get there. Quinn, the community coordinator at the Infinity House, became his job coach, and his entrepreneurship dreams took off.
It began with seeds. Not metaphorically, but literally.
TP loves foraging Colorado native wildflower seeds, so we helped him turn that into a business: packaging the seeds, designing a logo, adding a QR code so people could buy them.
Here's the part I didn't see coming. He started selling at my events for neurodivergent homeschool families. Selling to those families, mentoring those kids, being seen as a real entrepreneur by a real community: it lifted him, and it gave the kids a model of what their own futures could look like.
It grew from there. His art landed in boutique stores. He's working toward publishing his graphic novel. And then he walked the red carpet at a premiere event in New York—tux, limo, the Statue of Liberty, the Empire State Building—as a real entrepreneur with painted bookmarks in the swag bags with his business card for guests to remember his business. We have footage of the whole experience to create a video and feature him as a movie star, just like he always dreamed.
I didn't design any of this on purpose. I designed events for kids and discovered an ecosystem. That's the messy middle. Where you find out the thing you built is bigger than the thing you intended.
I’m building “A safe space for brilliant, neurodivergent entrepreneurs to be seen, get paid, and work the way they are wired.”
The belief behind everything the Intensity Hub does is that you are not too much. You are wired differently — and that wiring is the advantage. This is the space where neurodivergent entrepreneurs get seen, get paid to share their message, and build businesses (and lives) that run the way their brains actually work.
Keep an eye on this page or get on the email list to connect with Meghan and learn how this space can support you!
If you’re curious how you and your kids are wired and how the Intensity Hub might support you, take the free Intensity Quiz. It’s designed to provide immediate clarity and help you feel seen. Try it today.
