About Meghan

This Space is for You.

If you’ve ever been told you’re

too much,

too intense,

too scattered,

too sensitive,

too political,

this space is for you.

If you’ve tried business programs that promised clarity but left you more exhausted, you’re not imagining it.
And if you’ve felt like you had to mask, perform, or contort yourself just to succeed, you’re not alone.

Your brain isn’t the problem.
Your values aren’t the barrier.
Your vision isn’t too big.

The systems are.

I’m here to help you build something different.

Why This Work Exists

I’m Meghan Bonde: speaker, educator, strategist, and founder of Work the Way You’re Wired and The Infinity House.

I’m also multiply neurodivergent: Autistic, ADHD, Gifted, highly sensitive, with a traumatic brain injury and auditory processing differences.
A lifelong sensory sponge. A justice-minded systems challenger.

For most of my life, I thought I was the broken one.

I was a high-performing student and leader who masked until I collapsed.

An unidentified gifted kid who learned fast and appeared “fine.”

An educator told to tone it down, compartmentalize, and suppress sensitivity in the name of professionalism.

A consultant expected to pretend politics didn’t matter.

Eventually, I stopped trying to fit myself into systems that harmed me and started building new ones.

At first, just for me.
Then, for hundreds of others who were brilliant, burned out, and done pretending.

What I Believe
(And Live)

Burnout is systemic, not a personal failing.
Ableism, patriarchy, and white supremacy are baked into how work is structured and who is allowed to succeed.

Neurodivergent leaders who are underemployed, exhausted, or opting out aren’t failing.
They’re in the wrong environment.

I’m not interested in fixing broken institutions or optimizing people for systems that extract from them.
I’m interested in designing alternatives.

Everything I build (programs, residencies, talks, and strategy) is rooted in that commitment.

The Vision

This isn’t about productivity.
It’s about liberation.

I work with neurodivergent entrepreneurs and justice-minded leaders to build businesses that support their capacity, not just their output.

When we stop contorting ourselves to fit harmful systems, we reclaim:

Work the Way You’re Wired exists to build businesses that protect our bodies, amplify our ideas, and challenge the norm.

We don’t need to be more like “them.”
We need to get louder as us.

  • Time

  • Money

  • Energy

  • Influence

  • Agency

This Is Also About Parenting

They see me take breaks.
They see me rest.
They see me set boundaries.
They see me dance, exercise, travel, and choose work that energizes me.

This work is about freedom.
Not just for me, but for the next generation of neurodivergent humans who deserve to grow up knowing there are many valid paths to a full, supported life.

That’s what Work the Way You’re Wired is really about.

I want them to see that:

  • You can do work you love and protect your mental health

  • You can build financial stability without sacrificing your nervous system

  • You can leave an unhealthy job or relationship at any time

  • You can leverage your strengths instead of masking them

  • You can choose rest, joy, movement, creativity, and travel

  • You can build a meaningful life outside of work

This work is personal, because my kids are watching how I build a life, not just a business.

I’m not just building this for clients.
I’m building it for my neurodivergent kids.

They’re watching how I work.
How I rest.
How I set boundaries.
How I choose alignment over approval.

They don’t listen to what I tell them.
They learn from what I model.

I want them to know they don’t have to shrink themselves to survive a 9–5 that drains them.
They don’t have to hustle their way into worthiness.
They don’t have to go to college, choose a specific career, make a certain amount of money, or partner with someone just to be financially safe.

What I’m Here to Do

I help entrepreneurs stop contorting themselves to fit business models that were never made for them.

I support clients to:

  • Build businesses that protect their energy

  • Lead without people-pleasing or over-functioning

  • Use public speaking as leverage—not pressure

  • Grow income without losing alignment

  • Create systems that serve capacity, not control

I don’t offer mindset mantras.
I offer structure, strategy, and truth for people who are done playing small to stay safe.

This Isn’t Just Business

This is about not replicating harm.

Traditional marketing is ableist.
“Visibility” has been coded for performance.
“Leadership” has been taught as extraction.

We’re doing it differently.

Visibility without burnout.
Leadership without self-erasure.
Scaling without abandoning your nervous system.
Speaking with purpose, not pressure.

This work isn’t for everyone.
But if you’re done shrinking, masking, and doing it alone, you’ll find clarity here.

This is a group-based program by design.

There are no discovery calls or private consultations for this work.

Support happens through structured group programs and live workshops.

Joining the email list ensures you receive invitations when the next cohort or workshop opens.
