Are you an AuDHDer ready for a pivot in your business like my client Breann?

Here is what Breann said in a note that I will always cherish,

"Meghan- Sending you a note to say how much I appreciate you! Thanks for being such a great teacher and role model/activist in the neurodivergent space. You have created such a special container with the Wired program and you inspire me to create just by living authentically. You, Are. The. Shit."

I first met Breann years ago at a Social Thinking conference, where we went out for coffee and connected over our shared passion for supporting neurodivergent kids. Several years later, we reconnected in a different season of life — when I joined her 2E Collective Facebook group as a parent of twice-exceptional kids.

Breann is a brilliant AuDHDer (Autistic + ADHD) and brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. For years, she has led neuro-affirming, in-person social groups for neurodivergent kids, tweens, and teens in the Denver area. When she was ready for a pivot, she wanted to create a program to share all of her amazing strategies for working with neurodivergent kids with their parents.

When she joined my 6-month cohort of the Work the Way You're Wired program, Breann experimented with different systems, adjusted along the way, and built systems for marketing, sales, and delivery that truly fit her. Parents now have access to her secrets and strategies in her new program for supporting their kids to build friendships and feel deeply understood and a sense of belonging.

Breann has developed business systems including:

The Me Recipe (a free tool from her Me Manual) that helps parents communicate their child’s strengths and needs to teachers, providers, relatives, and caregivers.

Grown her Instagram following @itsbreanncolpitts

to almost 1900 followers with her authentic and neuro-affirming reels and posts (see one below that she did about Neurodivergent Networking!)

The Parenting Neurodivergent Humans podcast which has grown to over 1,000 followers, full of practical advice.

She launched her parent program, the Connected Parent Collective, and has already run two successful rounds.

Curriculum and slides to facilitate transformational learning in the Connected Parent Collective, which has one final round for 2025 at the introductory price, with free co-parent access.

She updated her website with a sales page to collect payments without a sales call that describes the transformation and value that her program offers.

I participated in Breann's Connected Parent Collective and have not seen a more neuro-affirming and supportive virtual space for parents of neurodivergent kids out there. Breann is truly making a difference to support parents who are going against the pressure to try and fix their kids rather than allow them to be themselves and support them. Breann has leaned into her AuDHD strengths, built systems that honor her wiring, and created offerings that are truly transformational.
