If it is hard to get your tween, teen, or young adult out of the house for anything?? Then this one's for YOU and your tween/teen/young adult (and 10 other people because we only have 12 spots)!!!

This event is a neuroinclusive break sh*t event that isn't just about "raging"- it's a full circle stress release in community with your people. This event is facilitated by personal trainer, Erica, who isn't going to tell your kid to "just take a deep breath"- she knows her stuff and also knows our neurodivergent community and she's created something really special at E-Motion!


Here's what you can expect (parents and caregivers should plan to stay)-
