About Meghan
As a passionate change maker, parent of neurodivergent kids, and high achieving, high masking neurodivergent leader, I am passionate about making an impact on the world. I was so passionate about leading equity and inclusion efforts for others, but it never felt like there was enough time in the day to make the impact that I wanted to make. Everything changed, when I stumbled upon Dabrowski's research about the 5 intensities (overexcitabilities). This was the language and framework that helped me to deeply understand myself so that I could work WITH the way I am wired and amplify my impact.
Discovering this transformational information led to a deep desire to educate and support other mission driven leaders through my Tedx talk, speaking, and my transformational programs.
As a leader, I wanted to grow my community and cultivate a financially sustainable organization to make the impact that I envisioned. I signed up for several premium programs to learn how to grow my community and found that I learned important concepts in each of them, but none of them were comprehensive or supported my unique needs as a neurodivergent learner. I also envisioned an alternative approach than what the "experts" were teaching me. I wanted to lead in alignment with my values and integrity.
After extensive learning and trial and error, I have developed an innovative approach that helps high achieving leaders achieve time freedom. The "Wired" program supports leaders to create time freedom and lead transformational change.

If you have tried traditional approaches to reach your goals and it hasn't worked, you are not the problem. You deserve neurodiversity affirming support and guidance to create systems that work WITH the way you are wired. Understanding your intensities is the first step to designing your day to create time freedom and amplify your impact.
